Mostly because it is not taught to us in the School curriculum or we find it too difficult to learn. While Indian kids want to Learn German, French or Spanish, which is good, but they don’t learn the native languages of other areas in the country. Imagine how beautiful and connecting it will be for a Delhi person to know Kannada or Tamil Or a Tamil Person to Know Punjabi or Maithili, or a Gujrati Person to know Assamese or Bengali and An Assamese Person to know Marathi.
